A man and a woman have been arrested for impersonating police in South Philadelphia. 48-year-old Terrance Jacobus and 28-year-old Kelli Rowan are charged with Impersonating, Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy, Theft and related offenses. The pair was driving a silver Nissan on Sunday morning. They stopped a man walking on the 1600 block of Passayunk Ave. Jacobus flashed a badge and said he was an officer. He asked for the man's ID and he gave him his wallet. A short time later he returned the wallet, without the cash. A few hours later they stopped a women walking near 4th and Jackson Streets and told her to come over or be arrested for resisting. The women ran and called police. The pair was picked up on Wednesday night.

The FBI announced on Friday afternoon that they are now investigating the shootings in San Bernardino as an “act of terrorism.” David Bowdich, assistant director of the FBI's Los Angeles office, said that "There are a number of pieces of evidence that have pushed us off the cliff to say that this is now an act of terrorism," but would not go into detail. Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik killed 14 people and injured 21 at a holiday party for his co-workers. They were killed in a gun battle with authorities a few hours later. A Facebook official says that Tashfeen Malik posted a message showing support of support for ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi around 11 am Wednesday, the time the attack started. The company flagged and removed the profile and turned the information to authorities. The FBI is still working to confirm the couple's motives and exact ties to terrorist organizations.

A Bucks County middle school math teacher has been arrested for allegedly sending sexually explicit texts and videos to a 14-year-old student. 30-year-old Joseph Beck is an eighth grade math teacher at Pennridge North Middle School in Perkasie. He is charged with sexual abuse of children, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor. The online relationship with the female student started in July 2015 and lasted until last month. They would send sexual texts, photos, and videos to each other through Facebook Messenger. Becker was remanded to county jail unable to post 10 percent of $250,000 bail Friday.

Pennridge School District released the following statement:
"Early this morning, we were made aware of the fact that police were investigating a situation regarding a Pennridge School District employee. Since the investigation is still underway, we are not at liberty to comment further at this time. We will cooperate fully with the authorities."

Tonight
Clear skies, temperatures in the mid to low 40s this evening in Center City
