A multi-car crash occurred in the Tacony section of Philadelphia Thursday which involved a police cruiser. The crash happened at 11:47 am at the intersection of Tacony Street and Bridge Street. Police said the crash happened because of a driver running a red causing a chain reaction of crashes. A 33-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No police were injured during the crash.

A baby passed away this afternoon in Brooklyn, NY after falling six stories in an elevator shaft. The incident happened at 10:20 am on Neptune Avenue in the Sea Gate section of Brooklyn. The 21-year-old mother of the baby pushed her stroller into the elevator when the doors opened, but the elevator car wasn't on the floor. The baby was rushed to Coney Island Hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival. Officials say that the building has had dozens of elevator violations in the past, and the department of buildings is investigating the incident.

A man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a Lehigh Valley woman, Holly Grim, who was reported missing back in 2013. The suspect is a man named Michael Horvath who was arrested on Thursday morning after police brought a search warrant to his home. Investigators had been searching Horvath's home when they found bones on his property that matched the DNA of Grim. Investigators also said that Horvath's DNA matched the blood found on the victim's door. Police are still investigating for the motive behind the murder.
