An Eastern Pennsylvania Judge has now dismissed the homicide charges against former WWE wrestler Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka in the case of his girlfriend's death that happened more than three decades ago. Snuka, who now lives in New Jersey, was charged last year with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the death of 23-year-old Nancy Argentino, who was found dead in an Whitehall Township hotel room. Prosecutors say that Argentino was beaten, but Snuka claimed that she died from a fall. A Lehigh County Judge ruled the 73-year-old Snuka mentally incompetent to stand trial, due to Snuka suffering from dementia. The judge found him to be vacant and unable to assist in his defense.

Philadelphia Police and the FBI are now searching for a suspect who robbed a Citizens Bank on Christmas Eve. The robbery took place on the 2500 block of Welsh Road at about 12:30 pm in Northeast Philadelphia. The robber is seen on surveillance walking up to the teller and handing the teller a note, demanding money. The suspect was able to get away on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and luckily no one was hurt during the robbery. Police say that the man is armed and dangerous, and anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI or Philadelphia Police.

Billionaire Carl Icahn is now planning to surrender the casino license for the Trump Taj Mahal casino in AC and wants to make sure that any future buyers of the building cannot use it as a casino. New Jersey gambling regulators stated that Icahn's company petitioned to the state's Division of Gaming Enforcement for permission to surrender the license. The company also filed a deed restriction in the Superior Court that would prohibit future buyers from using the premises as a casino, unless they pay an unspecified fee. The Trump Taj Mahal closed back on October 10th of 2016.
