The former fire chief of the Audubon Park Volunteer Fire Company has pleaded guilty to using a computer at the fire station to share child pornography. Investigators found over 1,000 files of child pornography on 46-year-old John Terruso's computer back in June of 2015. Terruso has pleaded guilty to charges of second degree distribution of child pornography and third degree possession of over 100 files of child pornography. Terruso's sentencing is set for late August.

Philadelphia Police have now identified the 14-year-old boy who was killed in a shooting on Monday night in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. 14-year-old Tymier Frasier was killed on Monday night at around 9:30 pm at the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Orleans Street. Police say that nearly 70 people were standing out on the block having a barbecue, when a gunman stepped out between two cars and began to open fire on the crowd. The gunman hit Frasier multiple times, as well as striking his 16-year-old friend. Fraiser was then taken to the St. Christopher's Hospital for Children where he was later pronounced dead. Police are now offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and conviction.

New Jersey Police have now arrested a suspect after he stole a vehicle with a young child in the backseat. The incident took place at the USA gas station on Landis Avenue in Vineland, Cumberland County. Surveillance video from the gas station shows the mother getting out of her car and entering the gas station. The suspect, 31-year-old Pedro Ortiz, is seen walking by her as she enters the store. Ortiz then notices the victim's car which is still running and unlocked. He got in the driver's side and began to drive away. Police later arrived on the scene and found the car abandoned with the baby inside just a few blocks away from the gas station. A local K-9 officer then located the suspect on the 200 block of Plum Street. Ortiz has now been charged with 1st degree carjacking, kidnapping and other related offenses.
