Man Wanted For Mugging; Cosmo Dinardo May Still Face Death Penalty; Driver Hits SJU Student

Philadelphia Police are now searching for a man who is wanted for mugging a Temple student a month ago in North Philadelphia. Officials say that the suspect was seen inside of Hok Heg Chinese store on West Cecil B. Moore Avenue where he grabbed the 20-year-old woman's backpack. The victim attempted to resist the robbery, but the robber ended up getting away with $240 from her bag. Anyone with information is asked to contact Central Detectives.

Bucks County police have stated that Cosmo Dinardo, the man responsible for killing 4 men last year, may still face the death penalty. Dinardo confessed to killing all four men on his parent's farm last July. Officials say that Diarndo confessed to the murders as part of an agreement that prosecutors would not to seek the death penalty. However, the Bucks County District Attorney's office just signed a "notice of aggravating circumstances." The notice states that the Commonwealth reserves the right to seek the death penalty against Dinardo if he is convicted. Dinardo and his cousin Sean Kratz are both set to appear for formal arraignments on Thrusday.

Philadelphia Police have now placed a driver in custody after he allegedly struck and injured a student at St. Joe's with his car. The incident took place at around 6:30 pm on Wednesday on City Avenue and 54th Streets. Police say that a SJU student was crossing the road inside the crosswalk when the vehicle struck her. The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. The driver did stop, but police say he faces DUI charges after marijuana was found in the car.
