A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection to the stabbing of two other teens at a Center City SEPTA station last week. Edward Jefferson of the 1600 block of W. Juniata Street turned himself into police detectives on Tuesday morning, 5/1. The incident happened on the Market Frankford El platform at 8th and Market Streets around 3:45 p.m on April 25. It started as a disagreement and ended with the two boys stabbed multiple times. They were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Both victims are now in stable condition. Jefferson is charged as an adult with attempted murder, aggravated assault and related offenses.

The bodies of a young couple were discovered in their Bucks County home on Tuesday, 5/1, according to Northampton Police. The house is on the 100 block of Kitty Knight Drive in Churchville. The victims are in their late 20s to early 30s. A painter who was working on the home made the discovery around 10:30 a.m. when he went inside to use the bathroom. He found the body of the husband on the second floor and called police. The woman was also found on the second floor. They have not been identified. The cause of death is not known at this time. There was no forced entry into the home. A rifle and shell casings were found but those may not be related to the incident. Also, one of the victims' cars is missing. Northampton Police and Bucks County detectives are investigating.

New Jersey State Police are searching for a man who allegedly fired a gun at a teenager riding a bike in a state park. It happened around 3:53 p.m. Sunday, 4/29, on the Blue Trail in the Parvin State Park in Pittsgrove Township. The suspect apparently brandished his weapon and fired a shot towards the 14-year-old. The shot missed and the teen fled. The suspect is described as a white man, 30-40 years of age, with short dark blonde hair and a goatee. He is approximately 6-foot, 250 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white tee-shirt and dark jeans. New Jersey State Police released a sketch of the suspect. (see below)
