The order takes effect at 8 p.m. on Tuesday and will continue until the public heath hazard is over. | Philadelphia Police are searching for three suspects wanted in the assault of a postal worker on a SEPTA platform last week. It happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, 4/1, on the platform of the Broad Street Line at City Hall.
