| The warning period for being caught on camera speeding through work zones on Pennsylvania highways is now over. Starting Wednesday, 3/4, drivers can be fined when caught driving 11 mph over the posted work zone speed limit in an active zone. The first violation will merit a warning. The second will be a $75 fine and subsequent violations will be $150 fines.
