| A high ranking member of the Philadelphia Police department was indicted by a grand jury on sexual assault charges. 54-year-old Chief Inspector Carl Holmes turned himself in to police on Thursday morning, 10/24. He was arrested and suspended 30 days with the intent to dismiss. Holmes is charged with the commission of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and other sexual offenses.
