A man a young girl were injured in a double shooting in Chester on Friday afternoon, 8/30. It happened just after 3:30 p.m. on the 400 block of Highland Avenue. The 7-year-old was shot in the thigh and a man in his 50's was shot in the groin. They were both taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
