Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced on Wednesday that no criminal charges will be pursued against Atlantic City Mayor Frank Gilliam and Councilman Jeffree Fauntleroy following an altercation outside a casino nightclub earlier this month. Former Pennsylvania Democratic Attorney General Kathleen Kane was ordered to report to jail no later than 9 a.m. Thursday. The Montgomery County District Attorney's office filed a revocation request on Tuesday morning. Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane will soon be behind bars. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court declined to hear her appeal on Monday, 11/26, and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office stated that they will file a motion on Tuesday morning to revoke her bail. Philadelphia Police have identified the four people found murdered in a Southwest Philadelphia home last week. The two men, a woman, and a teenage girl were shot execution-style in the head in the basement of a home. They were discovered around noon on Monday, November 19th on the 5100 Block of Malcolm Street near Baltimore Pike. A fire at a Delaware County apartment early Sunday morning took the life of a woman. It happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, 11/25, at a duplex on East Ridge Road near Providence Road in Media. The woman lived in the first floor apartment. The residents in the second floor including their dog were able to escape. Investigators are still trying to determine the cause.

Two security guards are recovering in the hospital after being shot following a confrontation at an after hours club in Kensington early Saturday morning, 11/24. It happened at the VIP Afterhours Night Club in the Harrowgate Plaza Shopping Center around 5 a.m. A group of four men were escorted from the club by the guards for causing a disturbance inside.
