A toddler was struck and killed by a car in the parking lot of the Haverford YMCA on Saturday afternoon, 11/17. The tragic accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on the 800 block of Eagle Road in Havertown. The 2-year-old girl got away from her mother and sat down in an empty parking spot. Philadelphia Police are looking for suspects wanted in a prank that terrorized a restaurant in University City on Tuesday night, 11/13. It happened at Terakawa Ramen at 125 South 40th Street. The prank was caught on video and posted to Instagram. As people were dining in the crowded restaurant, one man runs in wearing a 'blood- covered' t-shirt screaming for help. The extended timing of the first snow of the season combined with all the vehicles on the roads created gridlock everywhere. Plow crews were unable to make a pass on many roads due to the traffic. A New Jersey couple and a Philadelphia homeless man have all been arrested following an investigation into a GoFundMe campaign that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars last year.
