The lawyer for the New Jersey couple now under investigation for what happened to hundreds of thousands of dollars raised in a GoFundMe campaign for a homeless man says that one or both of his clients is likely to be indicted. Ernest Badway represents Mark D'Amico and Katelyn McClure in a civil case against Johnny Bobbitt. Hurricane Florence has been upgraded to a Category 4 storm with maximum sustained winds of 130 mph. It was centered about 575 miles south-southeast of Bermuda around noon on Monday, 9/10, and moving west at 13 mph. The system could possibly intensify to a Category 5 over the next few days as it crosses the warm waters of the Gulf Stream. Johnny Bobbitt used his last $20 to buy gas for Kate McClure who was stranded on I-95 last fall. Thousands of rare insects and reptiles have been stolen from the Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion. It happened on August 22nd, and perhaps on other days, from the museum located on the 8000 block of Frankford Ave. in the Holmesburg neighborhood. Over 7,000 animals worth $40,000 were taken. The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office has announced that a suspect has been arrested in connection to the murder of model Christina Kraft last week. 30-year-old Jonathan Wesley Harris of Johnstown, PA, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday, 8/29, in Pittsburgh.
