The parent's of a 3-year-old boy are under arrest after he fell out of a two story window in Upper Darby on Monday, 5/28. It happened around 5:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Hampden Road. The boy had been left home alone for hours when he climbed out of the window and fell to the ground. Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said that when they arrived a neighbor was holding the child who was suffering from head and facial injuries. Wildwood police are investigating after a viral video posted to social media showed an officer punching a woman in the head while wrestling her to the ground and attempting to subdue her. Philadelphia Police have arrested two men after a badly decomposed body was discovered in Pennypack Park in Northeast Philadelphia earlier this week. Eric Koltz and Harley Mason were arrested on Saturday, 5/26. Koltz in charged with murder, PIC, tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice and abuse of corpse. Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane's conviction was upheld by a three-judge Superior Court panel on Friday, 5/25. Kane was convicted of leaking grand jury information to hurt a political rival and then lying about it to a separate grand jury. The panel ruled against her claims that Montgomery County judges should have not have handled the case and that she should have been allowed to introduce evidence of a pornographic email scandal. The driver of a school bus that collided with a dump truck on a North Jersey highway last week has been charged. 77-year-old Hudy Muldrow Sr. is charged with death by auto, or vehicular homicide, in the deaths of 10-year-old student Miranda Vargas and 51-year-old teacher Jennifer Williamson. Police in Folcroft, Delaware County, are searching for two homicide suspects after one of them pointed a weapon at police on Monday afternoon, 5/21. It happened around 4:20 p.m. on the 1100 block of Taylor Drive. Folcroft officers pulled over a rented Nissan with New York plates wanted from an earlier homicide in Chester.
