The snow is already falling as the fourth nor'easter this month creeps into the Philadelphia region. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 6pm Tuesday to 2am Thursday. Forecasters say this storm will come in two parts. Tonight, expect a wintry mix of precipitation, snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Accumulations will range from 1-3 inches. Philadelphia homicide detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying a killer who gunned down a man in broad daylight last weekend. The shooting took place on the 1800 block of Oxford Street back on Saturday March 11th. Police released surveillance footage of the incident, which shows the suspect arguing with the victim. Missing St. Joseph's University rugby player Mark Dombroski has been found dead after an extensive search by authorities in Bermuda. The 19-year-old from Media, Pennsylvania was visiting the island with his team for a rugby tournament. He was last seen outside of a bar and restaurant call Dog House on Front Street in Hamilton at about 1:05 a.m. early Sunday morning. A bomb threat forced The Roots set at SXSW in Texas on Saturday to be cancelled. The Austin Police department stated that they have arrested the man responsible for the threat. 26-year-old Trevor Ingram emailed a bomb threat, which led to officials having to cancel the "Bud Light x The Roots & Friends Jam" at the Fair Market event venue. The 16-year-old Allentown teenager that went missing earlier this month with a 45-year-old man has been found safe in Mexico. Amy Yu and Kevin Esterly were located by authorities on Saturday in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Yu is said to be unharmed and in good health. Esterly was placed in custody. An Amber Alert was issued in Mexico on Thursday for a missing Allentown teenager and the man who signed her out of school earlier this month. Authorities have reason to believe they may have fled to that country. 16-year-old Amy Yu was last seen with 45-year-old Kevin Esterly on March 5th. Five Accusers In Cosby Trial; PSU Frat Assault Charges Dropped; Radnor Hit and Run Suspect Arrested

The judge for the Bill Cosby sexual assault retrial has now agreed to let five additional accusers testify. Prosecutors will be able to select five of the eight women who claim their incidents happened between 1982-1996, that includes the one woman who testified in Cosby's first trial. Prosecutros say that the women's testimony is evidence of Cosby's prior bad acts. The jury selection is scheduled to begin on March 29th and the trial is set for April 2nd.

Police have made an arrest in the deadly hit-and-run in Radnor last week. 30-year-old Kevin Gaughan of Paoli turned himself in at the Radnor Township Municipal Building on Thursday morning. It happened on March 6th on the 500 block of Lancaster Ave just after 8 pm. 69-year-old Fred Gitterman was crossing the road when he was struck. Police in Upper Darby say that a home health care worker, who overdosed on heroin, was saved by the patient she was taking care of. 29-year-old Amber Graziano suffered a heroin overdose on Monday evening in the home of the 73-year-old patient.
