Philadelphia Police have named the two 16-year-old boys shot to death in South Philadelphia last night. They have been identified as Caleer Miller and Salvatore DiNubile. DiNubile was junior at St. Joe's Prep and was on the hockey team. Miller was a junior at Mastery Charter School. It happened before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of South 12th Street near Ritner Street. City Officials have had a CPR training kiosk installed at the Independence Hall Visitors Center. The American Heart Association has been installing these kiosks all around the country that give a free 2-minute training on how to perform basic CPR The kiosk walks the user through each step of performing CPR, in case of an emergency. Philadelphia Police are conducting a manhunt for the getaway driver who escaped police custody following a shooting in North Philadelphia. The shooting took place before 7:30 p.m. on the 4000 block of L Street in Juniata. A 24-year-old man was shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. Former Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams was sentenced today to the maximum 5 years in federal prison. Under a plea deal, Williams pled guilty to one count of bribery halfway into his corruption trial in June. In exchange, the other 28 charges were dropped. He was accused of taking gifts, vacations, and cash in exchange for political favors. He was also accused of using campaign money for personal expenses and city vehicles for personal trips. Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a 16-year-old girl was seriously injured in a stabbing during a fight in the Olney section of Philadelphia. The fight happened just before 4 pm on Monday on the 5000 block of Rising Sun Avenue. The girl was stabbed in the side by an unknown weapon, she was then rushed to Einstein Medical Center in critical condition. No weapon was recovered at the scene and no arrests have been made as of yet.

Federal agents and local law enforcement officers are conducting raids at several urgent care providers in the area as part of an apparent pill mill investigation. DEA, FBI, and U.S. Marshals were out collecting evidence from at least two locations of Advanced Urgent Care. Three members of the Philadelphia Police highway patrol motorcycle 'drill' team were injured on Sunday evening while performing in Center City. It happened around 5:30 p.m. at 12th and Market Streets. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man for sneaking onto Center City rooftops. 39-year-old Michael Zallie has been charged with burglary, trespass, and criminal mischief. Police released surveillance video from three different incidents in the last month where he was caught gaining entry to the roofs of two Center City buildings. The Philadelphia District Attorney's office announced the arrest of 9 individuals, many of them family members, of an illegal lottery and gambling ring in the city. They have been tracking the organizer for 20 years. His son, daughter, and nephew were also arrested. He employed dozens of people in 40 gambling spots across the city.
