Philadelphia officials have now voted and decided who will be the interim District Attorney to replace former DA Seth Williams. The panel of judges voted for former Assistant District Attorney Kelley Hodge, who received the most amount of votes among the four candidates up for the position. Bucks County authorities returned to the DiNardo farm property in Solebury Township on Thursday. There was a noticeable increase in activity on the property since last week when the bodies of 4 missing men were discovered buried. 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo has confessed to the murders of the men. His cousin, 20-year-old Sean Kratz, has been charged in three of the killings. Today, police officers were combing the entire 90-acre property. Philadelphia K-9 units were also involved. The... A 13-year-old boy is now in critical condition after severely injuring his leg when trying to jump onto a train. The incident happened just after 5 pm in North Philadelphia on Wednesday. Police say the boy was trying to jump onto a moving CSX train on the Conrail tracks. The boy was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, where he later had to have his leg amputated due to the severe leg injury. A married Pennsylvania couple has been sentenced to up seven years in prison for 'gifting' their six daughters to a Bucks County man who was found guilty of sexually assaulting them back in June. Judge Jeffrey L. Finley handed down the sentence to the parents Daniel and Savilla Stoltzfus this afternoon in a Doylestown courtroom. They previously pled guilty to child endangerment. Former Philadelphia 76ers and LaSalle University basketball player Doug Overton pled guilty today to three counts of disorderly conduct. Back in April, Overton was arrested after being accused of exposing himself on the Cynwyd Heritage Trail in Lower Merion. Police received several calls about a man exposing himself along the trail. Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man was shot in the head in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. The shooting took place on the 1600 block of Margaret Street at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday night. Police arrived on the scene to find the man unresponsive and he was pronounced dead on the scene. So far there is no word on any suspects or a motive at this time.

Philadelphia police have charged a man with the murder of his 2-year-old son. 24-year-old Quadim Bass is charged with Murder and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police were called to the 1600 block of North 57th Street on Friday afternoon just after 1 p.m. for the report of someone screaming. Police are searching for the suspects who stole 4 exotic birds at a petting zoo in Berks County over the weekend. The burglary took place overnight Sunday into Monday at the Oley Dairy Turnpike Zoo. The suspects got away with 4 of the birds in the petting zoo, one of them including a 20-year-old African Gray Parrot. Philadelphia Police confronted a large group of unruly teenagers on Sunday night in Germantown when a neighborhood cookout got out of hand and a flash mob grew to 500 teens through social media. Police are investigating after a missing 2-year-old child was found dead in a pool in Atlantic County. Police found the child in a residential pool on South Pitney Road in Galloway Township. Police were searching the area for the missing child, and later found the child unresponsive in the pool. Crews rushed the child to Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center, where he later passed. Police are continuing their investigation into the child's death.
