Three students were arrested and an officer was injured after a large fight among high school students broke out during a flash mob organized through social media in Juniata Park on Monday afternoon. Police in the United Kingdom responded to a serious incident and reports of an explosion at Manchester Arena on Monday night around 10:35 p.m. local time. So far 19 people have been confirmed dead and 50 are injured. The Greater Manchester Police are treating this as a terrorist incident until further notice. The Chester County District Attorney's Office announced the arrest of a man accused of sucker punching a man with cerebral palsy outside of a convenience store earlier this month. The incident was caught on surveillance video (watch below). 29-year-old Barry Baker of Coatesville is charged with assaulting a 22-year-old disabled man. A man has now been hospitalized after he was tased by police in North Philadelphia. The incident took place on the 3100 block of North 24th street close to 7 pm on Sunday. Police received a call reporting a domestic dispute at the location. When police arrived, they tried to handcuff the man, but he allegedly became aggressive with police. A toddler was shot four times when a gunman opened fire on his father while they were sitting on a porch in Kensington last night. It happened around 9:15 p.m. on the 3300 block of Malta Street. The 26-year-old father was the target of the shooter and got hit in the knee, but his 2-year-old son got shot 4 times in the back. Police in Bucks County have arrested a man wanted for a road rage incident late Thursday afternoon at a Walmart in Quakertown. 32-year-old Brandon Grosso was arrested late last night at a motel in Milford Township. He is accused of firing a shot gun at and shooting out the back window of an occupied car in the parking lot of the Walmart. The car was occupied by Barb Lavin and her 22-year-old son Sean. Bucks County Police are now searching for a man who is wanted for shooting at parked cars in Quakertown. Police have identified the suspect as 32-year-old Brandon Grosso. The incident took place at the Walmart parking lot in Quakertown. Police say that this is not the first incident that Grosso has been involved in at the Walmart. Singer/guitarist Chris Cornell was found dead in a Detroit hotel room early Thursday morning. A representative called the death "sudden and unexpected." He had just finishing performing with Soundgarden at Detroit's Fox Theatre on Wednesday night. The medical examiner reported that Cornell killed himself by hanging. The Amtrak train engineer charged in the deadly crash in Philadelphia two years ago turned himself into police on Tuesday morning. 34-year-old Brandon Bostian was handcuffed on the street corner by police outside of the 9th district headquarters in front of a throng of reporters. The incident took place at the Barnes & Noble store in Broadcasting Square in Spring Township on Tuesday night.
