A Philadelphia tow truck driver has been arrested in connection with a crash that took place in Lower Merion earlier in December. 44-year-old Farran Haynes has been charged with accident involving death or personal injury, failure to stop and render aid, as well as many other related charges. Haynes was driving a flat bed truck owned by Bala Motor Sports when he struck a 72-year-old man on Righters Mill Road on December 2nd. New Jersey State Police are searching for a Cumberland County man wanted for killing his estranged wife. Police say that 32-year-old Jeremiah Monell killed 36-year-old Tara O'Shea in her home on Raymond Drive in Commercial Township. Police responded to the home at 8 a.m. Monday morning to find the woman dead. He had apparently slit her throat in front of her 12-year-old son. New Jersey State Police are now investigating a deadly car crash that took place in Burlington County Monday night. The incident took place in the southbound lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike in Westampton at around 9:45 pm. Police were originally called onto the scene about a crash involving a work crew. When they arrived they discovered that a driver of a pick up truck had crashed into a broken down tractor trailer. One person has died from the crash and police are still investigating... Police have now identified the victims of the fatal car crash that took place on Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia Sunday night. 34-year-old Ramon Ramierz-Camacho and 38-year-old Lorraine Rivera were killed after their Mercedes Benz crashed into the back of a school bus in the north bound lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard right near Woodward Street. A Montgomery County pediatrician who was arrested last month on child pornography charges has died in jail. 48-year-old David Kennedy of Pennsburg was found dead in Montgomery County Corrections Facility on Sunday. Kennedy was arrested on November 30th and charged with with five counts of Sexual Abuse of Children and Criminal Use of a Communications Facility. Montgomery County authorities have arrested the nephew of a woman stabbed to death on Friday in Conshohocken. 28-year-old Matthew Wertz is charged with first-degree murder and related charges. Wertz had just been released from jail and had been staying with his aunt. Police were called to the 900 block of Hallowell Street for the report of a disturbance at 5:14 a.m. on Friday. A Pennsylvania mother pled guilty today to throwing her 20-month-old son off a bridge and into a river. 21-year-old Johnesha Perry told the Lehigh County Judge, "I dropped him, yes, because I wanted to die with him and go to heaven." Judge Kelly Banach sentenced Perry to 20 to 40 years in state prison on the third-degree murder charge. Police have stated that a 10-year-old boy has been killed in a house fire that broke out in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia on Friday. The fire broke out on the 1200 block of South Millick Street at around 4 am. Firefighters arrived on scene to heavy smoke pouring out of the second floor window.
