Philadelphia Police are now investigating the suspicious death of a 2-year-old boy in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. Police responded to a call just before 12 a.m. on Wednesday of an apparent unresponsive 2-year-old boy on the 600 block of East Clementine Street. When police arrived on scene they found a male and female holding the boy outside of their home. One of the two vandals caught on video spray painting anti-Trump graffiti on a grocery store in Chestnut Hill late Thanksgiving night has been identified as a city lawyer for Philadelphia . After Green Party candidate Jill Stein filed an Election Contest Petition on Monday to get a recount of votes in PA, the Commonwealth Court has now set next Monday December 5th as the date for a hearing on the petition. Philadelphia Police have now identified the woman who was hit and killed by a SEPTA bus on Monday evening in Center City. The woman has been identified as 64-year-old Linda Procaccino, a resident of Cherry Hill NJ. Police say that she was struck by the Route 9 bus at around 5:05 pm Monday evening while she was pushing a baby stroller across 23rd Street near Chestnut Street. The reward is now $25,000 in the hit-and-run death of an Overbrook girl last week. 8-year-old Jayanna Powell was stuck and killed on November 18th while crossing the street with her two siblings at 63rd and Lansdowne Ave. The driver did not stop. The vehicle is described as a gray or silver Nissan Altima or Maxima. It would have front end damage. Powell's family and police urge the driver to turn themselves in to authorities. Philadelphia Police say that a woman was struck and killed by a SEPTA bus Monday evening in Center City. The incident happened after 5:30 pm Monday at the intersections of 23rd and Chestnut Street. The woman was struck by a Route 9 bus when she was attempting to cross the street with her stroller. The woman was pronounced dead on the scene. Authorities say that the baby, who is said to be between 7 and 12 months, was not injured in the incident.

In addition to apologizing to all the passengers affected, Delta Air Lines has now banned the rude passenger for life. The passenger, who has not been identified, was standing in the aisle last Tuesday carrying on, and rudely professing his support for President-Elect Donald Trump. A video was taken and posted to Facebook of the man causing the disturbance and heckling Clinton supporters on the plane. Nine people were injured in an attack on the campus of Ohio State University this morning. Shortly before 10 a.m., an 18-year-old Somali-American man drove his car into a group of people standing outside an engineering classroom building. A Police chase broke out on Sunday afternoon in Burlington County that led to a multi-vehicle crash on Route 73. The crash happened at the intersection of Route 73 and Evesham Road in Evesham Township. Police say that the chase started in Voorhees and carried the chase along Route 73. The suspect crashed into several cars which brought the chase to a sudden stop. The suspect was taken out of his car and brought into police custody. Man Dead in Schuylkill River at Market; Wrong Way Drunk Hits Cop; Man Dead After Roxborough Standoff

A man was pulled from the Schuylkill River late Saturday morning. The 39-year-old was found floating in the river near the Market Street bridge on the University City side just before 10 am. He was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 10:59 a.m. His identity has not been released. Police are investigating how the man ended up in the river.
