Police have now arrested two Washington Township teens in relation to the clown threats that were targeting Washington Township schools in New Jersey. The suspects have been identified as a 13-year-old girl, and a 14-year-old boy both from Washington Township. The 13-year-old girl had posted threats online that identified many victims by name, address, and other personal information. She has been charged with cyber harassment in the fourth degree. SEPTA Resumes Schedule, Eagles LB Nigel Bradham Arrested, Suspect Arrested in Hunting Park Murder

SEPTA's regional rail resumed its regular schedule Monday for all Philadelphia area commuters. The schedule is back on track after three months of running a modified schedule due to more than a third of the rail cars being taken off because of suspension system defects. SEPTA stated that more than 50 of the 120 rail cars that were getting repaired are now back in commission. The schedule change will bring 200 more trips to the 13 regional rail lines.

Philadelphia Police say that a 13-year-old girl was behind the 'scary clown' threats to local high schools posted on social media over the weekend. Investigators say that the teen and a friend did it as a prank and never intended to harm anyone. One man has been charged and Philadelphia Police are looking for four other suspects in a brutal 5-on-1 attack at Geno's Steaks back in June. 24-year-old Alberto Lopez turned himself into police on September 14th. He was charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person and related offenses. He was released on 10% of $50,000 bail. NJ Man Struck by Car, Police Respond to Scary Clown Threats, Please Touch Museum's 40th Birthday

Police have identified the man who was struck and killed by a car in Gloucester County on Sunday morning. 27-year-old Jacob Dromgoole stepped out of his vehicle onto the westbound lane of Mullica Hill Drive, and was then struck by a driver in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Emergency crews rushed to the scene, as well as a nurse who was near the accident when it happened, but they were unable to revive Dromgoole, he was pronounced dead at the scene. During the deadly shoot out on Wednesday night in West Philadelphia a total of 109 gun shots were fired by nine different officers. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross said that the number of shots fired in the shoot out is of "serious concern." Police shot and killed 32-year-old Christopher Sowell after he had gone on a violent stabbing rampage that left three children and two women injured. Workers at Bethlehem-based Just Born Quality Confections are going back to work. Some 400 workers have been striking since September 7th. The contract with the union expired on June 18th. A federal lawsuit was filed on Wednesday by Just Born claiming that the union violated a no-strike clause in a contract extension that was still in effect until Sept. 18.
