Kane was found guilty yesterday on all nine counts in her perjury and obstruction trial held in Montgomery County. | Berks County authorities said today that the father was responsible for the murder-suicide that also left his wife and three children dead. 40-year-old Mark Short Sr. wrote a suicide note and also admitted to buying the gun and shooting his wife, 33-year-old Megan, and children, 8-year-old Lianna, 5-year-old Mark Jr. and 2-year-old Willow. Police evacuated Terminal 8 at JFK airport in New York after Port Authority Police received a call of shots fired in the departures area last night. The defense rested on Friday without calling any witnesses in the obstruction and perjury case against Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane. Montgomery County judge Wendy Demchick Alloy asked Kane if she was going to take the stand.
