Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced yesterday that he has been diagnosed with a mild form of prostate cancer. The cancer was found a couple of months ago at a routine checkup, and was confirmed about two weeks ago after further testing was done. Wolf said he will be treated in the next coming weeks, although he has not specified what treatment he will get, he said it will not involve chemo-therapy.

The second suspect in the deadly North East Philly drag race car crash in July has surrendered to police. 20-year-old Ryan Farrell turned himself into police yesterday after he was wanted for many charges including homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle, and involuntary manslaughter.
