Chester Police say a man has been arrested for posting threats of violence against officers online one day after a 17-year old was arrested for posting threats to shoot up a school online. 23-year old David Milbourne of Media was taken into custody after posting the threats against Chester Police on Instagram and Facebook on Wednesday. Philly Roads Need Plowing; Christie Apologizes; PA Turnpike Delays Closure and Detour

Snow removal is happening gradually across Philadelphia. Over 21,000 people reported their roads still needed plowing to the city's 311 hotline. The blizzard of 2016 generated 8 times the normal call volume plus another 6,000 requests through social media. If you've called and still haven't seen a plow, officials say hang on to your claim number, so workers can keep track of your request. Neshaminy Basketball Coach Dismissed, Chester School Threats Foiled, AG Kane Impeachment

The Neshaminy High School basketball coach who apparently knocked down a referee is out of a job. A video was released of Jerry Devine apparently hitting a referee during a game earlier this month. He was suspended from coaching, and last night the school board voted to officially dismiss Devine. It's not clear if he resigned or was fired. Devine was also charged with harassment.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie returned to Trenton on Tuesday to talk about plans for a state takeover of Atlantic City. First though, the presidential candidate apologized to Mayor Patrick Rosenello of North Wildwood, whom he called a 'crazy mayor' for comparing the recent snow storm to Sandy. It's a growing international event that some people participated in this year on some SEPTA cars. It started in 2002 in New York for no purpose other than good clean fun. As the Philadelphia region continues to clean up from the weekend winter storm, SEPTA continues to work at getting all service back to normal. Here is an update of SEPTA service as of 5 a.m. Tuesday.

At a press conference this afternoon, Mayor Jim Kenney thanked Philadelphians for their patience as the snow cleanup is ongoing. He said that they hope to have all the streets plowed by end of day Wednesday, telling those on side streets that they are coming. Street parking will remain free tomorrow, Tuesday, at meters and kiosks but safety violations like parking in front of a fire hydrant will be ticketed. Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission Chairman Sean Logan, issued an apology to the stranded motorists during the blizzard. Traffic is back to normal after a gruesome travel experience for many during the snowstorm. About 500 vehicles got stuck on a long stretch of the turnpike in Somerset and Bedford counties starting Friday night. The Blizzard of 2016 was one for the record books. The official number at the Philadelphia International Airport was 22.4 inches, making this the 4th largest snowfall in Philadelphia history. The two feet of snow around the region calls for a lot of shoveling, plowing, and snow blowing.
