North Philadelphia born and bred comedian Kevin Hart packed 53,000 fans into Lincoln Financial Field last night. Kevin Hart's What Now Tour came with music, large video screens, dancers and some very funny Kevin Hart material. According to his PR people, Hart is the first comedian to sell out an NFL stadium.

PennDOT is preparing for the Pope's Arrival by scaling back on its ongoing road projects on major highways in the region. A former state police firearms instructor was sentenced today for an accidental shooting that killed a state trooper during a training session last fall. 43-year-old Corporal Richard Schroeter was sentenced to 3-18 months followed by 4 years probation. The first two weeks will be spent in county prison, followed by house arrest. For the second time in a decade, Cheyney University has failed to properly manage financial aid that it awards students, and as a result may owe the U.S. Department of Education more than $29 million. Errors were found in nearly 85 percent of about 4,400 financial aid records reviewed from 2011 to 2014, according to a report released Thursday by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.

A brazen jewelry heist was caught on camera in Mercer County, New Jersey. The video shows the two masked bandits breaking into Trent Jewelers through a side glass window on Wednesday morning. Once inside the Quakerbridge Road store, they smashed several display cases and stole several thousand dollars worth of jewelry. An adult film actress and stripper has come forward with new details about embattled reality TV personality Josh Duggar, claiming that he paid her for sex after meeting her at Center City Philadelphia's Gold Club earlier this year. Danica Dillon, real name Ashley Lewis, relayed that information Wednesday to magazine, In Touch. A 20-year-old man is under arrest after police say he took a shot at them in East Germantown. Police responded to the 100 block of East Pastorius Street about 9:30 Wednesday. Police say the man fired a weapon at them, and several officers returned fire. No one was hit in the exchange of gunfire. Police took at least four other men into custody at the scene as well.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has released dozens of emails that contain pornographic images sent or received by members of the state attorney general's office. Embattled Attorney General Kathleen Kane has suggested that her legal predicament is an attempt by those involved in the porn email scandal to keep their names hidden.
