Phillies Game Drone; Delaware Minimum Wage; App for Visitors to World Meeting of Families in Phila

A drone was confiscated at the Phillies game in South Philadelphia yesterday afternoon. Fans and security spotted the drone outside the third base gate at Citizen's Bank Park. The operator was instructed to bring it back to the ground and could face fines. FAA rules bar flying drones below 3,000 feet and within three miles of baseball or football stadiums with a seating capacity of at least 30,000.

Nineteen people were displaced overnight after fire tore through several rowhomes in Chester, Delaware County. Flames broke out around 1:30 a.m. Monday along the 400 block of Bickley Place.
The fire started in a vacant home and quickly spread to three occupied houses. All four homes, including the vacant house, were seriously damaged by the fire. A fifth home was damaged by smoke. A man was caught flying a drone quadcopter over Citizen's Bank Park during Sunday's Phillies/Rockies game. It happened around 4:00 p.m. during the 6th inning. Phillies' security officials noticed the drone flying over the third base gate and then watched it leave the stadium and land outside. Beau Biden, son of Vice President of Joe Biden, died on Saturday at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C. after suffering with brain cancer. He was 46. He was first diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago when he underwent surgery to removed a small lesion, followed by chemotherapy/radiation. Police are investigating after a newborn baby was found dead inside a duffel bag in West Philadelphia. The child was discovered on Friday evening on the 5800 block of Norfolk Street and transported to the hospital and pronounced dead at 5:59 p.m. The child may have been born on Thursday. The baby's 22-year-old mother was also transported to the hospital. There is no word on her condition. An autopsy will have to be performed to determine the baby's cause of death. Police had issued an arrest warrant on a parole violation for 32-year-old Raheem Felder who previously served 12 years for attempted murder. Officials say a candle started a fire late Thursday night that damaged a store and an apartment above it in Radnor, Delaware County. This happened around 11:15 p.m. on the 900 block of Conestoga Street. Officials say "Conestoga Frame Shop and Gallery" caught fire after a candle was knocked over in the apartment above the store. Crews placed the fire under control in less than an hour. Everyone was able to get out safely and no injuries were reported.

There is now a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a man wanted for the sexual assault of a woman inside her Point Breeze home early Monday morning.
