An 18-year-old freshman at Temple University fell to her death from an 8th floor window Thursday night. She may have been sitting on the two foot wide ledge, possibly taking some pictures. It’s believed the student may have slipped as she was going back inside. The woman was visiting two friends at an Art Institute of Philadelphia dorm room when she fell just before 6 p.m. at the 1500 block of Chestnut Street. An 18 year old Temple freshman fell to her death last night in Center City. She was believed to have been taking pictures from the ledge outside the eighth floor window of a dorm at the Art Institute of Philadelphia at 16th and Chestnut. She fell onto a 44 year old woman who was hospitalized for her injuries.

An 18-year-old Temple University student fell to her death from a Center City building and landed on a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk below. It happened around 6 pm Thursday night near 16th and Chestnut Streets. Rebecca Kim was visiting two male friends who attend the Art Institute of Philadelphia and live on the eighth floor. One person is dead and several are injured following a multi-vehicle crash on I-95 in Bucks County this afternoon. It happened around 1:15 pm in the northbound lanes of 95 between the Woodhaven Road and Street Road exits. The crash involved three passenger cars and two tractor-trailers. One of the tractor-trailers was hauling scrap metal and overturned on the median spilling it's cargo. The northbound lanes have been completely closed off for hours. An Ohio man was arrested for plotting to attack the U.S. Capitol and kill government officials. Christoper Lee Cornell was taken into custody by the FBI with several high powered weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Cornell allegedly told FBI informants of his desire to support the Islamic State militant group and carry out the attacks.

A man accused of stabbing three men and dumping their bodies in the Schuylkill River last summer was caught today in Virginia. 43-year-old Tam Minh Le was captured by U.S. Marshals without incident at a motel in Ashland, Virginia. Authorities say that Le and members of a Vietnamese gang held two brothers hostage for gambling away money which was supposed to be used to buy drugs. The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced on Tuesday that they have charged a 35-year-old former teacher with Corruption of Minors in connection with an alleged relationship with a student. Police say Sarah O'Neill, 35, of Coatesville, Pa., allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with a student at the prestigious boarding school Church Farm School where she worked as a teacher. The Central Bucks West Board voted nearly all in favor with one opposed to terminate guidance counselor Marykate Blankenburg. Blankenberg was suspended in December after a Facebook rant threatening to shoot people. Philadelphia Police are looking for the murderer who shot a woman waiting for the bus Tuesday morning. It happened around 9:30 am at 12th and Jefferson near Temple University in North Philadelphia. 56-year-old Kim Jones (pictured) was shot in the back of the head as she was waiting to board the #23 SEPTA bus.
