The Fountain Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel on Logan Square is a Triple-A five-diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Five-star restaurant, the only in the region to hold such a distinction, but with the Four Seasons intending a move to the top of the planned Comcast Tower, the restaurant is closing its doors and will serve its final dinner Saturday night. A Christmas baby was born yesterday on board a SEPTA train. Two transit Police officers delivered a baby when mom went into labor and firefighters carried the newborn baby boy up the steps and to a waiting ambulance at 15th and Market Streets in Center City. The two officers heard the call over their radios and rushed to help with the delivery. A Montgomery County teenager is now out of the hospital following last week's killing spree that 6 members of his family dead. 17-year-old Anthony Flick was released Monday, one week after the attack in which he suffered shopping wounds to his head and hands. Former President George H.W. Bush has been taken to a Houston hospital after experiencing a shortness of breath. Bush was taken by ambulance to Houston Methodist Hospital on Tuesday evening as a precaution. Bush spent nearly two months in the same hospital and was discharged in January 2013 after treatment for a bronchitis-related cough and other health issues.

The president and chairman of the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair were ousted in a private meeting Monday night by a group of Horse Show board members. Amid allegations of secret land deals and undisclosed conflicts on both sides, the board of directors voted to replace president Sarah Coxe Lange with Richard M. O'Donnell, the current treasurer. There are injuries after a school bus struck a concrete pillar in Delaware Tuesday morning. The incident happened shortly before 7 a.m. in the 1500 block of Capitol Trail in Newark. 11 students and the school bus driver were transported to Alfred I. duPont Hospital. The injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

Police have identified a suspect wanted in connection with an arson last week in West Philadelphia. Authorities are looking for 43-year-old Shawn King of the 5700 block of Arch Street. A fire and explosion happened last Wednesday, December 17th, around 2:30 a.m. on the 5400 block of West Girard Avenue. Philadelphia Police say a man is dead after he was struck by a SEPTA Regional Rail train Sunday Night. That happened just before 10 p.m. at 31st and Market Streets. The victim was struck by a Trenton Line train and pronounced dead shortly after the incident. Police are investigating.

Detectives and family members say the keys of missing student Shane Montgomery were discovered Sunday in the Schuylkill River. The discovery was made just after 10 a.m. by a New Jersey dive team helping in the search. The keys were found not far from a parking lot and bridge over the canal, where Shane was last seen on surveillance. Identify Choking Victim in Hospital; Charges in Doylestown False Report; Burglar Dead in Northeast

Police are asking the public's help in identifying a man who was hospitalized last week after a choking accident. The elderly man was admitted to Temple University Hospital on December 12th around 6:00 pm. He had been choking on some food and was unconscious. The man has not regained consciousness since and neither police nor hospital staff have been able to identify him. See photos of him below.
