A peaceful rally in support of Philadelphia Police is planned for tonight at 7 p.m. in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philly at Frankford and Cottman avenues. According to the event's Facebook page, over 2,000 people are planning to attend wearing blue. Unwrapped gifts will be collected for children at CHOP. The Philly PD is not associated with the rally. Reading is planning to light its Charlie Brown Christmas tree tomorrow (12/20/14). Reading, Pennsylvania is a nice little town. But it is one of the poorest cities in America. At least one person is dead after a single car accident in South Coatesville Township, Chester County Friday morning. This happened just after 5 a.m. on Modena Road between Union Street and Overhill Road. Authorities say the car rolled over, forcing the closure of Modena Road in both directions.

Philadelphia Police are searching for two thieves who stole a package from the front step of a home in Northeast Philadelphia earlier this month. It happened around 2:30 p.m. on December 1st on the 1900 block of Tustin Street in the city's Rhawnhurst section. Surveillance video from the home shows a black car drive by as the FedEx driver was dropping off the package. When the delivery van pulls away the car returns and parks in front of the house. A Philadelphia Fire Department paramedic has posted a photo(pictured)on social media that some are calling despicable and racist. And the Mayor's office is investigating. The picture shows two African Americans pointing guns at the head of a white police officer. The post reads, "Our real enemy. A 16-year old girl was struck and killed by an SUV while she was walking to her school bus in Bucks County Wednesday morning. A School District of Bensalem bus was stopped on Bensalem Boulevard near Bridgewater Road with its flashing lights on. Police say the driver of a 1984 Ford Bronco ran through the signal and drove past the bus, hitting the 16-year-old girl, who was attempting to get on her school bus. After an autopsy, the Montgomery County Coroner's Office said today that they have not yet determined a cause of death for Bradley Stone, the man responsible for a killing spree that killed 6 and injured 1. Dr. Walter Hoffman said that despite what District Attorney Risa Ferman announced on Tuesday, Stone did not die of self-inflicted stabbing or cutting wounds. A Penn fraternity is now apologizing for posting a Christmas photo to Facebook on Sunday that included a Beyonce blow-up sex doll. The group photo (pictured) included 29 members of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity posing with black blow up sex doll. According to the Daily Pennsylvanian, one of the members had received the as doll a gag gift during a Secret Santa event. Bradley Stone Body Found, Curtis Institute $10M Gift, Vienna Boys Choir at CHOP

Officials have confirmed the body of Bradley William Stone was found in the woods in New Hanover Township just after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. His body was about a half mile away from his home in Pennsburg. Officials say Stone murdered six of his family members in a killing spree in Montgomery County Monday. Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman says Stone appears to have died from “self-inflicted cutting wounds to the center part of his body.”

A preliminary hearing was held today for the three defendants charged in the September 11th Center City gay-bashing attack near Rittenhouse Square that sent one man to the hospital with a broken jaw. The defendants (Kevin Harrigan, Kathryn Knott, and Phillip Williams) have been ordered to trial on assault and conspiracy charges.
