The man charged with killing a Pennsylvania state trooper during an ambush has been added to the FBI's 10 most wanted list. All Pocono Mountain School District schools will be closed on Friday due to ongoing safety concerns for all of the students with an armed and dangerous man still on the loose in the area. Philadelphia City Council approved a bill today 14-2 that will decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana. This bill was a compromise reached last week between Mayor Michael Nutter and councilman Jim Kenney, the bill's sponsor. Anyone caught with 30 grams (about an ounce) or less of pot would be issued a $25 fine and a "non-summary civil offense." They would have to make one appearance before a judge. As the family prepares a funeral for Cpl. Bryon Dickson, the PA State Trooper killed in an ambush this week at his barracks in Pike County, police are zeroing in on a suspect. 31 year old Eric Matthew Frein (pictured) of Canadensis in Monroe County is the subject of a manhunt. Police say he is anti-government and extremely dangerous. Frein is said to have belonged to a military simulation unit whose members play the roles of eastern European soldiers.

The manhunt continues for the man that ambushed two Pennsylvania State Police troopers outside the Blooming Grove barracks last Friday in the Poconos. 31-year-old Eric Frein hid outside the barracks and fired upon the troopers with a rifle, killing Cpl. Bryon Dickson and injuring Trooper Alex Douglass. A young girl has died after a fall from a high-rise apartment complex in Philadelphia this morning. It happened at an apartment complex in the 4200 block of Locust Street in West Philadelphia. The eight-year-old girl fell out of the apartment complex from the 9th floor. The child was rushed to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, but was pronounced dead. The incident is under investigation.

Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video of around 12 suspects wanted in a hate crime assault and robbery last week in Rittenhouse Square. The group is described as a dozen white males and females in their 20's and well dressed. The incident happened around 10:15 pm on September 11th on the 1600 block of Chancellor Street in Center City. The NFL players' union appealed Ray Rice's indefinite suspension Tuesday night. The NFLPA said that the collective bargaining agreement requires a hearing date be set within 10 days of the appeal notice. It also said the hearing will require a neutral arbitrator to determine what information was available to the NFL and when it was available. A Philadelphia man shot and killed his daughter's boyfriend possible mistaking him for an intruder as the boyfriend climbed through a window. It happened at an apartment building in the Holme Circle section on the 2800 block of Axe Factory Road. The father and daughter live in the apartment. The 31 year old boyfriend was killed by a single gunshot to the head.

A 16-year-old is in police custody, accused of shooting a 13-year-old twice in the stomach. The shooting happened around 8pm Monday night near Marvine Street and Erie Avenue. Police say the shooting may have been an accident. The 13-year-old is recovering in the hospital.
