Eydie Gorme passes away at 84; Wrong Way Crash on Schuylkill; Missing Tuber Bucks County

Beloved singer, performer, TV star, and recording artist, well known for her hit "Blame it on the Bossa Nova" but mostly for her career and life with singer Steve Lawrence, Eydie Gorme passed away tonight at age 84. She died at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas following a brief, undisclosed illness. Gorme was born August 16th, 1928 in the Bronx in a Sephardic Jewish home. Investigators have found some forensic evidence in the search for a 7-month-old boy kidnapped from an Upper Darby home on Sunday. The boy was taken in the early hours on Sunday by the mother's boyfriend while they were visiting family. The boyfriend, Ummad Rushdi, was arrested earlier this week after telling a friend that he shook the crying baby to death and then buried him. NJ Powerball Winners, Philly Schools May Not Open, Food Stamp Program Expiring

Sixteen workers in Ocean County, New Jersey hold one of the winning Powerball tickets. The winning group work for Ocean County in vehicle maintenance and bought their ticket at an Acme in Little Egg Harbor. Three tickets matched the winning Powerball numbers splitting the $448 million jackpot. The Acme has been presented with a check for $30,000 for selling a winning ticket.

NJ Stay-Right Law Penalties Increased; Three Children removed from 'deplorable' conditions

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie signed into a law a bill that raises penalties for motorists who violate the state's keep-right law. The new fines have increased from $50 and $200 to between $100 and $300. The state is trying to crackdown on those who hog the left lane. Motorists are required to stay in the right lane unless passing slower traffic. The bill's sponsors said that staying in the left creates a dangerous situation.

Three tickets matched the winning Powerball numbers and the holders will split the $448 million jackpot. Two of the winning tickets were purchased in New Jersey, so check your tickets. Police say a bicyclist is dead after striking the rear wheels of a tractor trailer in Bensalem Wednesday. A tractor trailer was exiting the stable gate and was turning onto Galloway Road. A female riding her bicycle inside the stable gate was travelling towards the entrance when she struck the rear wheels of the tractor trailer. The female died from her injuries.

New Jersey teen Justin Robinson has plead guilty today to luring Autumn Pasquale into his home and killing her last fall in Clayton, NJ. Last October, 12-year-old Autumn was riding her BMX bike to a friend's house when Robinson, then 15, and his then 17-year-old brother, Dante, lured her into their home with the promise of bike parts. Former Eagle Hugh Douglas threatened to beat up his ESPN colleague Michael Smith three times and lashed out at him with racial slurs while intoxicated at a bar in Orlando, according to reports by The Big Lead. Douglas was trying to get on stage with the dj and wanted his "Numbers Never Lie" co-star to help. When he did not, Douglas verbally abused him, calling him "Uncle Tom" and a "House Nigger" and Douglas threatened to attack Smith.

Police are searching for the man and woman who they say stole about $800 in cosmetics from a store in Cherry Hill. The July 29th incident happened at the Sephora store at the Cherry Hill Mall. Cherry Hill police say the man and woman stole approximately $800 in merchandise from the store.
