Philadelphia Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle wanted in an hit-and-run accident involving a bicyclist. It was caught on another driver's dash cam video. It happened on Thursday, 1/28, at 10:45 a.m. on the Spring Garden Bridge heading west. The video shows a black BMW in the right lane passing a bicyclist who was in the bike lane.
