The Quadrantids meteor shower, which can potentially be the best natural lightshow of the year, will be visible Wednesday night and early Thursday morning. President Obama thanked all parties involved in the negotiations. The bill, he said raises taxes on the wealthiest 2 percent of Americans while preventing a middle class tax hike that could have sent the economy back into a recession.
