A New Jersey Senator has introduced early voting legislation. The bill lets voters cast in-person ballots at polling stations beginning 15 days before an election expanding voter access and ensures that if emergencies such as Hurricane Sandy arise, residents aren't faced with being unable to vote.

Two people are dead after a tractor trailer collided with a car in Chester County on Sunday evening. The accident happened shortly after 7 p.m. along Route 41 in Kennett Township, just north of the Delaware border. The identities of the victims were not immediately released.

The sold-out race opened it's doors at the last minute to 1,454 runners from the cancelled New York City Marathon that was to occur just after Hurricane Sandy hit the area.
