| The jury sent note back in the Clergy Abuse trial telling the court they have reached 'hung status' on four of the five charges. The jury was then led back into the court room where they were encouraged to continue their deliberations and try to come to a verdict. They were given a Spencer charge by Judge Sarmina which is a standard charge to tell a jury to keep deliberating. Tonight Kenny Chesney hits the beach in Wildwood. Country music giant Chesney will perform a free concert for about 20,000 people. If you weren't lucky enough to get one of the free general admissions tickets, you can watch the concert on YouTube at 8:30. The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the man they say is responsible for two robberies in the Queen Village section of South Philadelphia this month. The first incident occurred on June 16, at about 6:15 a.m. The second incident happened the next morning at 7:25am. The man is described as black, about 20 years old, with a medium build and complexion.

Richard Klementovich, a Clifton, N. J. police officer and Gulf War veteran, is charged with multiple counts of attempted criminal homicide following a daylong standoff on Sunday at his estranged wife's home in Doylestown Township.
Over 118 shots were fired from the home into three responding police vehicles and one neighbor’s car on the street. It all started with a 911 call that police say Klementovich made from the home where he was alone.

The tenth day of deliberations in the Philadelphia Clergy Abuse trial ended today with no verdict. In fact it would seem as if nothing happened today. Compared to the last nine days, there were no legal questions, evidence requests, or prior testimony read to the jury. The jurors worked behind closed doors in the jury room for 6 hours before asking to be released for the day at around 4 pm. They'll go back to the table tomorrow.

Klementovich surrendered late yesterday after a 10 hour standoff with Doylestown Police that included him firing 118 rifle shots at SWAT and Police and their vehicles.
