Two men have been charged after they were found with a van full of homemade explosives, a propane tank, and other equipment in Center City Philadelphia on Wednesday night, 10/28. 41-year-old Brian Larue and 27-year-old Eric Murray have been charged with risking a catastrophe and possessing weapons of mass destruction. The City of Philadelphia announced that there will be another citywide curfew starting on Friday night, 10/30, at 9 p.m. until Saturday morning, 10/31, at 6 a.m. The city says that during this time you may leave your house only 'to go to work, seek medical or emergency assistance, or drop off a mail-in ballot.' The US Supreme Court said it would not review an appeal of a Pennsylvania state Supreme Court decision on an accelerated schedule before Election Day. Philadelphia has announced a citywide curfew starting tonight, Wednesday October 28 at 9 p.m. until Thursday October 29 6 a.m. The National Guard has been called in to protect property, prevent looting, and assist police in maintaining order.
