The cause of the Kensington warehouse fire may take weeks to uncover. The warehouse owners, the Lichtenstein brothers from Brooklyn, own 30 properties in Philadelphia under the names YML Realty or YML Housing. Tax records show the owe Philadelphia $385,000 in back taxes.

Revenge appears to be the motive for a murder/suicide in Voorhees yesterday. Dr. Giocondo Navek fatally shot fellow doctor Payman Houshmandpour and then shot himself. Navak believed his former colleague was responsible for his dismissal from Virtua's residency program.

George Zimmerman, the gun-toting neighborhood watch volunteer who shot Trayvon Martin was arrested and charged with second degree murder yesterday. Zimmerman faces up to life in prison.

Charges against George Zimmerman will be filed Wednesday afternoon in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman had not been charged previously under Florida's 'stand your ground' law which allows an individual to use deadly force if they feel their life is threatened or in danger. Gov. Special Prosecutor Angela Corey announced from Sanford, FL, that George Zimmerman will be charged with second-degree murder. He is currently in custody. Corey was put in charge of the Trayvon Martin case three weeks ago. Zimmerman had not been charged or arrested since the Feb. 26th shooting incident. An Argentine baby born 3 months premature and declared dead by the hospital was found alive 12 hours later in a refrigerated morgue. The baby's mother and father insisted on seeing the baby and when they opened the coffin they found the preemie whimpering and moving. The baby is progressing and has been named Luz Milagros – translation, “Miracles”.

Philadelphia Police have a warning out to residents after two South Philadelphia burglaries last week. Police say suspects, pretending to be public utility workers, went into two homes and left with cash and valuables. The two similar incidents happened in homes about two miles apart in South Philly.

Rick Santorum is suspending his campaign seeking the nomination of the Republican Party for President. This decision comes after a weekend where his youngest daughter, 3-year-old Bella, spent time in the hospital. It also comes just two weeks before the Pennsylvania Republican primary in his home state which Santorum needed to win to stay alive in the race.

Mandatory evacuations have been ordered in a section of Berks County due to a forest fire Monday afternoon. A power line brought down by a windblown tree sparked a blaze in the woods on the border of Chester and Berks counties. Crews are on the scene, to fight the fire, and to protect nearby homes and a fireworks company.
