The judgement day that was predicted by Harold Camping and his Family Radio network on billboards and pamphlets around the world came and went with nothing to show for it. Camping said he initially felt so bad that his rapture prediction did not come true that millions of Christians would be taken into heaven on Saturday that he left his home and took refuge in a motel.

But after careful thought and reconsideration, Camping is now saying that he just misunderstood the meaning of... Read More

May 21, 2011 came and went like any other day of the week. There was no rapture... no end of the world. But members of the eBible fellowship have a new message and date for your calendar.

According to Lester McClendon of Newark, NJ, May 21 was about the end of salvation. From here on in, no one can be saved. His bible leader told him, you have to be patient. God had to work this one out. Mclendon said the new and improved Judgment Day is October 21.

  by: iradiotom - Philadelphia, PA
started: 05/22/11 5:42 pm | updated: 05/22/11 5:42 pm

May 21 has passed. No Rapture. No earthquakes. No judgment day. After being wrong about the predicted end of the world on May 21, Harold Camping is being called on to publicly apologize for leading people astray. Some of the believers donated their life savings. Others quit their jobs and got rid of everything they own in preparation for doomsday.

Camping, 89, the California evangelical broadcaster who predicted that Judgment Day would come on May 21, 2011, was interviewed... Read More

Mayor Nutter vs. Milton Street...76%-24%: Why????

  by: Rebel - Havertown, PA
started: 05/19/11 10:12 am | updated: 05/19/11 10:12 am

Mayor Nutter captured the democratic nomination Tuesday with 76% of the vote. But there's another story looming. 24% of the voters backed T. Milton Street, a recent convict who owes nearly $800,000 in taxes.

Mayor Nutter sees it as a reflection of an electorate angry with a shortage of jobs and rising costs, a ripple effect of the national economic crunch. Others are weighing in with their opinions, including John F. Street and W. Wilson Goode Sr.

TV weather man John Bolaris' tales of Spring Break 2010 have got people talking. He hits Miami Beach for a few days, and Miami did more than hit him back. He ended up being drugged twice and falling victim to a credit card scam running up charges of $43,000! American Express demanded he pay the bill. He's since filed a civil lawsuit against them. With the FBI involved, Bolaris' testimony helped a federal grand jury last month indict 17 members of a massive wire-fraud scheme that victimized... Read More

Are you prepared for the end of the world? According to Chris McCann of Linwood, May 21, 2011 will be the final day for earth. McCann is convinced that the earthquakes in Japan are nothing compared to what is coming May 21st. While the bible does not quote a specific date, Revelations 16 says an enormous earthquake is coming. McCann claims that God revealed the actual end date to him and a few others. So believe it or not, it's always a good time to look around and count your blessings. Read More
