| Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley announced on Tuesday, 9/29, that Philadelphia restaurants will be able to operate at 50% capacity starting Friday, October 2. Restaurants in the rest of the state were able to start operating at 50% last week on September 21.
