| The initial Budweiser Made In America Festival 2014 Philadelphia Lineup was announced today via twitter. Kanye West and Kings on Leon will headline the two nights. The festival will be held on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway over Labor Day Weekend on August 30-31. This is now the third year for the festival. | On Saturday, May 17th The Vault at Vinyl Revival hosted a night of Neo-Psychedelia and Paisley Underground mixed with a little Dream Magic Psych. Additionally we had two guest DJ’s, Eric Slick from Dr. Dog and Dominic Angelella form DRGN KING. The Vault at Vinyl Revival hosted a night of local Punk artists. The Post Punk sounds of Sonic Youth, The Replacements, and Swans were the dip stick I used to see how these bands were influenced by the greats of this breed of rock. I thought they all were powerful, stripped down in their presentation, animated, and confrontational in their music and lyrics. No Air Supply in this group of performers, a night of upfront and basic punk played by 4 groups of local talent.
