The Keswick Theater was graced to host the Cyndi Lauper "She Is So Unusual 30th Anniversary Tour" last Friday Nov. 15th. Indeed it was a night where "Fans Just Want to Have Fun," was the operative description and we certainly did!

The Keswick is located in downtown Glenside. The seating is comfortable and the acoustics the very best. There are a number of decent restaurants and a great coffee shop. Come a little early and hang out in the coffee shop and many times you can... Read More

  by: JoeS - Springfield, PA
started: 11/11/13 12:15 pm | updated: 11/11/13 12:15 pm

This may sound trite, but the concert on Friday Nov. the 8th, as I saw it, is best described by the name of the band, The Fabulous Superlatives!!! On every level this was a concert I will remember for a long time.

The ArtsQuest venue was new to me and I was impressed with the ease of finding it, the free ample parking, the friendly staff and the great sound and seating. It is a modern impressive structure built around the old Bethlehem Steel Works. The ruins of the old... Read More

Roger McGuinn, the lead singer of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band The Byrds, is performing at ArtsQuest in Bethlehem Pa. this Friday Nov. 8th at 7:30 PM. He helped to invent and popularize folk rock music in the 70's which is, I believe, the bed rock of the emerging folk rock scene today. Performing with Roger is Marty Stuart. Marty is a member of The Grand Ole Opry and a legend in the worlds of strong country and bluegrass music. I understand that Roger is a remarkable performer and tells... Read More
