One Direction announced their North American tour dates for their Take Me Home World Tour 2013

The popular boy band, One Direction, will be performing at 25 venues through out the U.S. and Canada on their 2013 World Tour. The boys will be performing in different areas in the Pennsylvania area.

They include:

June 25th - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at Wells Fargo Center
July 5th & 6th - Hershey, Pennsylvania at Hersheypark Stadium
July 8th - Pittsburg, Pennsylvania at Consol Energy Stadium

Fired Arcadia University President Carl "Tobey" Oxholm III says he has been banned from campus and was cut-off from his university email/calendar/contacts in a message sent to friends and colleagues on Tuesday evening. Oxholm was abruptly let go from his position on March 8th after serving as president of the private Glenside, PA university for only 20 months. Drexel University offers 2-year law degree instead of 3-year.

Drexel University law students will now have the option to enter into a program where they will be able to start their career after two years, instead of three years, of study. This program was considered because of the high rate of student debt at the university and the low numbers for enrollment in the law school program. On March 23rd at the Absecon Lighthouse, a murder mystery performance will be held entitled, “Lit with a Dim Bulb”. Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Teresa Sarmina ruled today that the prosecution held back details from a 1986 jury during the sentencing of condemned man Terrance Williams. Those details were brought to light this week by Williams' defense during a hearing in front of Sarmina. Specifically, the defense claims that Williams' motive for murder was rage over years of sexual abuse at the hands of his victim Amos Norwood. Singer Andy Williams Passes at 84;

Singer Andy Williams passed away Tuesday night after a year long battle with cancer. He was the star of his own hit TV variety show "The Andy Williams Show" during the sixties and still topped the charts during the 60's even when rock was taking over from vocalists. He's best known for his rendition of the Johnny Mercer-Henry Mancini ballad "Moon River" which became his signature song.
