| Nine people were injured, including several children, when a tree fell down after being struck by lightening at a Bucks County swim club on Sunday afternoon, 8/18. A judge has dismissed charges against a trash truck driver who allegedly hit and killed a female on a bike in Center City in 2017. 28-year-old Jorge Fretts was charged with vehicular homicide, involuntary manslaughter, and reckless endangerment in February 2019. Judge Lillian Ransom dismissed all charges on Wednesday, 8/15. The city has 30-days to appeal.
