| A 44-year-old man is in custody after intentionally running over a group of people in North Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon, 4/16. It happened just before 4 p.m. at 16th and Lehigh Avenue. She was charged with 2nd-degree theft by deception and will face 4 years in prison when sentenced in June. | A large fire destroyed a New Jersey boardwalk cafe near Asbury Park on Saturday, 4/13. It started around 11:30 a.m. at the Dunes Boardwalk Cafe at 4 North End Boardwalk in Ocean Grove.
