| Two gunmen fired dozens of shots at an SUV carrying a family as it tried to escape last night in Southwest Philadelphia. Police arrived to find the vehicle flipped on it's side, but the occupants were all OK. It happened just before 6:30 p.m. on the 6600 block of Upland Street. | A suspect is in custody after a fatal stabbing on a SEPTA subway concourse in Center City the day after SEPTA Transit Police went on strike. It happened on Thursday, 3/7, around 6:30 a.m. on the underground concourse at Broad and Spruce Streets near the Walnut-Locust station.
