| A Delaware State Trooper was injured after being dragged by a vehicle in Mill Creek on Monday afternoon, 2/25. It happened around 2 p.m. near Kirkwood Highway and Ferrand Drive. The trooper was directing traffic because of malfunctioning traffic lights. For an unknown reason, the trooper talked to a driver of an SUV that was stopped.
