| Upper Darby High School in Delaware County was dismissed early after previously being placed on lockdown following a gun scare on Thursday morning, 11/1. | A teenage girl and her younger brother are in the hospital after being shot while trick-or-treating in the Olney section of Philadelphia on Wednesday night, 10/31. | A West Chester University student has been arrested for hiding a cell phone in public bathrooms to record at least 20 women. 24-year-old Joshua Yannuzzi of Honey Brook, Chester County, is charged with over 100 counts including felony wire-tap violations, criminal use of a communication facility, invasion of privacy, and other offenses. Eleven people have been killed and six others wounded after a gunman entered a Pittsburgh synagogue on Saturday morning, 10/27, and opened fire. 911 was called just before 10 a.m. after the suspect had entered the Tree of Life synagogue in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood about 10 minutes from downtown.
