| Police are investigating after a 9-year-old girl was killed by a stray bullet while inside her home in Cumberland County early Tuesday morning, 7/17. Gunfire broke out around 12:30 a.m. at Elmer and Walnut Streets in Brigeton, NJ. Several parked vehicles were hit by the gunfire. 9-year-old Jennifer Trejo was inside her home about a block away and was struck by a bullet that came through the rear wall.
