| A partially decomposed body was found wrapped in a tarp in a parking lot in Fairmount Park on Friday morning. A employee of the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Department was emptying trash cans in the parking lot near Martin Luther Kind Dr and Black Road at around 8 a.m. when he noticed the tarp. | Fire broke out at the former Inquirer building for the second day in a row. It started on the 400 block of North Broad Street near Callowhill around 8 a.m. Wednesday. Black smoke could be seen coming from the roof of the building which once housed the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News.
