| Barry Baker Jr., accused of sucker punching a man with cerebral palsy outside a 7-Eleven in West Chester, was expected to plead guilty today in a Chester County court. Police are now investigating a deadly shooting that took place inside of a South Philadelphia home. The shooting took place at around 3:15 pm on Tuesday on the 700 block of Winton Street. Police say that a 20-year-old man was found on the scene shot in the chest. He was then taken to Temple University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The victim's name has not yet been released and police are continuing an investigation into the shooting.

| Officials in Northampton County announced this afternoon that a Lafayette College student who died last week suffered a fatal head injury when he fell and hit the concrete floor of his dorm room. | Philadelphia Police have now seized a large amount of heroin and fentanyl in an Oxford Circle home on Monday. Police say that nearly $370,000 worth of drugs were found inside of the home located on the 1000 block of Rosalie Street. The drug bust comes after a long joint investigation with the DEA. | A SEPTA Market-Frankford El train partially derailed Saturday morning near the Spring Garden stop. It happened around 11 a.m. The train was traveling east from Center City to the Frankford Transportation Center.
